Hi and welcome to Rejenerate- I’m Jennifer! I am a Functional Nutritionist with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and minor in Psychology. What is a Functional Nutritionist you may wonder? For me, it is the amazing opportunity to connect people with their body’s innate wisdom and to help navigate their nutritional and environmental needs. We are all so unique and I believe having a personalized program built to your needs is key when it comes to health and feeling your best.
My goal is to help you find the root cause of your symptoms and improve your health through diet and lifestyle changes. Everything is tailored to your bio-individual needs with fun educational lessons along the way. I really believe in order for someone to adhere to a plan they need to understand WHY. I want to help you find your why. Maybe it is to look and feel better. Maybe you need more quality sleep and energy. Or maybe it is time to put some of those pesky conditions or symptoms to rest like acid reflux, joint pain, anxiety or cravings.
The mission at Rejenrate is to help you uncover and address your personal needs with a holistic approach to nutrition and lifestyle. The goal is to provide you with the functional tools and education to support lasting wellness. I believe there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to health so it is important that we create something you love and want for yourself.
